Refund & Return Policy
1) Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or not working.
- The item received is incorrect (wrong model, color, or size).
- Missing essential accessories stated in the product listing.
- The package is lost according to courier records, after investigation.
Note: Requests due to “change of mind” are generally not accepted unless stated otherwise on the product page.
2) Timeframe & Notification
You must report any issue within 48 hours after the courier marks the order as Delivered. Returned items must reach us within 7 calendar days after your report.
3) Item Condition
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included. Items that are worn, damaged by customer misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible.
4) How to Request a Refund/Return

- Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a short description.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team before sending items back.
5) Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake by UNI5STORE (wrong/defective item). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6) Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank/payment method.
7) Exchanges
If you request an exchange, it will only be for the same item/model. Stock availability may affect the processing time.
